Chiropractic Adjusting
It is no secret that your body is a bio-mechanical machine held together by ligaments, muscles, and tendons all perfectly balanced to give you 360-degree movement so your body can do what you want it to and go wherever you dream you can without any restriction or pain. All of us experience some limitation in our body's motion and strength due to joint space inefficiency-- when joints are not fully moving in the way they are constructed to do requiring more muscle to work harder. The recruiting of other joint spaces to make up lost motion of one or more joints occurs as your body stives to keep its balance even in disharmony. Imbalance, motion restriction, and sometimes pain result as your body's biomechanics are pushed over the edge . This can usually be corrected with a skillful adjustment into less functioning joint spaces found to be under-performing necessarily restoring the joint (s) to their regular range of motion.
